I thought when sifting through photographs I could put up some of the ones that were taken in the Mazury Lakes in the North West of Poland.
The Cranes are one of those birds that are a bit of a challenge to get close to except for when they are having disputes for breeding and the males are having a contest.
The location is a group of Lakes located in the North West of the country and contain a huge variety of wildlife, including the water fowl and Eagles, right through to the insects. There are also a good population of Warblers doing the rounds through the reeds.
If you are visiting Poland then I would recommend a day through this region, there is quite a lot of area to cover and you will not be dissapointed with the wildlife.
